This is a set of photographs of my Great Aunt Eva Hoadly's wedding to George Howard on 9th July 1916.

The group photograph was taken in the back yard of Eva's father's bakery at 198 Peckham High Street.

The wedding itself took place at St Mark's Church, Harder's Road, Peckham, which no longer exists.
It was bombed in WW2.

The wedding was witnessed by Eva's father and George Howard's brother, Frank James Howard.

The wedding cake was made and iced by Eva's father, Frederick William Hoadly who was a Master Baker and Confectioner.
