ALL those Two Dwelling-houses and Gardens, with appurtenances, situate on the east side of Week-street, in Maidstone, and now or late in the occupation of Mr. James Boomy, butcher, and Mr. William Hoadley. Also all that dwelling-house, situate in the same street, opposite to the High-street of Maidstone, in the occupation of Mr. Gandy, confectioner. Also all that extensive and capital brick-built malt-house: comprising 2 floors and vaults under the same 5 kilns, and every convenience necessary for the malting 120 quarters a week; situate in Week-street, and now in hand. Also all that new brick-built messuage, situate in King-street, in occupation of Mr. French, clockmaker. Also all that messuage and premises lately called the Roebuck, and the 4 cottages, ropewalk, and piece of orchard ground thereto adjoining, containing altogether 2 acres and a half, situate in the Moat-road, Maidstone, and in the occupation of Mr. Robinson, Varty and others. Also all that messuage (in two dwellings) and garden, lately called and known by the name of Little Crown, situate at the bottom of the High-street of Maidstone, and in the occupation of Charles Day and another. Also all those three brick-built tenements and blacksmith's forge adjoining the sign of the King's Head, in the borough of Westree, in the occupation of John Tabram and others. Also all those two cottages and gardens, situate in Water-lane, in the occupation of William Spencer and Russell. Also all those two pieces of building land, in hand, in lots of 100 feet each, situate on the north and south sides of Brewers-street, in Maidstone aforesaid. Also all that cottage and piece of land, containing about an acre, at Newhythe, near Maidstone, in the occupation of Thomas Duddings and others.
