when they shall think fit to realize and convert into money so much thereof as may not consist of cash or authorised securities and to invest such cash and the Proceeds of such conversion (after paying thereout my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and legacies) in their own names upon the securities hereinafter authorised and to hold my said residue until and after conversion Upon trust to pay the income therefrom to my said daughter Clara Ann Helen Graham during her life And shall after the death of my said daughter hold the said residue and the investments thereof Upon such trusts
